We were pretty dissapointed by our room - air conditioning was broken and got fixed after 2 days.., bathroom was extremely dark and the shower was broken too. We wanted to change this room but unfortunatelly we were said it is not possible. We were very far from the reception and restaurants. We thought that if you pay more in advance for 5 star hotel the standard will be much higher.. this kind of room for me is 2 stars maximum. The food was pretty good, but nothing special. It was very loud because of cicades - around 50dB all the time. Hotel was clean and people were nice. But due to facts above I wouldn't come back for sure.

It was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. I wish I could have stayed longer! I felt like a princess the whole time. I've worked at one of the most prestigious hotels in America (The Breakers Palm Beach), and the service I was provided throughout my stay was untouchable. I am so impressed. I truly hope my husband and I can come back for a week next year to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary! Thank you all, so much, for everything!
