Location

Villa Caracas is situated in one of the best locations – Cas Catala - Bendinat, where guests can relax and soak in the Majorcan sun. The marina of Puerto Portals, the beautiful beaches of Illetas and Cala Major and the trendy restaurants are some minutes away from the 700 sqm villa. There are several restaurants and shops located about 5km away from the villa, and the city of Palma is about 10km away.

Property

The villa has three levels with seven bedrooms with stunning sea views and can accommodate up to 14 guests at once. It has large terraces with an expansive pool, surrounded by lush vegetation. The villa is stylishly designed and features a variety of soft colour combinations to create a warm and cosy atmosphere.

It has a large living room with dining and sitting areas, adjoined to the open kitchen with a breakfast bar. There is a separate games room and TV room for the children next to the living room. The children’s TV room features a PlayStation and a collection of small games. There’s a study that is fully-equipped with a scanner, WLAN, printer, and copier. There’s also a double room with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor, while the other bedrooms are located on the first floor.

The rooms have access to the pool area through the gallery or inner staircase. The two master suites on the first floor have en-suite bathrooms and one has a terrace access while the three double bedrooms share a bathroom. The 7th bedroom is located in the basement and has en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with linens, air conditioning, high-quality mattresses, and flat-screen televisions.

Pool & Facilities

Outside the villa, there is a large terrace and pool area featuring a heated pool with Jacuzzi and surrounded by comfy sun loungers, a gazebo and dining area with barbeque. There is a spiral staircase that leads to a sleeping area with a large terrace, which features some sun loungers.

The villa has a full air-conditioning and heating system, and guests have access to Wi-Fi internet, Netflix, and other stream services in the villa.

Beach Info

Cala Major is the most popular beach located in the Southern part of Palma and is just 5 minutes’ drive away from the villa. This long sandy beach is very popular as it’s very close to the town centre and it’s protected from the Northern winds, even during winter period.
