Location

Situated in the heart of downtown Oberlech, Chalet Überhaus offers ski-in/ski-out lodging just meters from the nearest ski lift. Lech is just a few minutes’ drive downhill, although you could always buckle up your bindings and ski there instead.

Guests can arrive by car from Innsbruck Airport in one hour and 30 minutes.

Property

The five-bedroom property spans 685m²; plenty of space to host up to 14 guests.

Quarters include a lavish master bedroom, two family suites with children’s bunks, and two doubles, all of which feature en-suite bathrooms and chic contemporary design. Some rooms have private access to a balcony.

An inviting open plan living and dining space occupy most of the first floor, which is partially divided by a wood log fireplace that emits plenty of heat on both ends. An innovative neon blue art installation adds extra interest.

You won’t be bored for a minute thanks to Überhaus’ exciting entertainment options. Grab a drink from the fully stocked bar or a bottle of wine from the cellar downstairs.

Alternatively, read a book in the library or play a few rounds of snooker in the billiards room. If that all sounds a bit much, sit back on a plush leather couch to watch a film in the cinema room instead.
