Location

Grand Chalet Eggerfield is within the Mölltaler Gletscher ski resort on the Innerfragant Plateau, a high altitude (2,230 to 3,120m) glacial region that receives ample snowfall throughout the year.

Valley Station of the Glacier Express Cable Car is just a three-minute walk away, making it all too easy to enjoy those precious first tracks of the morning.

Guests can transfer from the Salzburg or Klagenfurt airports in about one hour and half..

Property

The 300 m2 property is comprised of three spacious tastefully decorated suites. Untreated timber walls and flooring create a traditional and rustic aesthetic, while its beautiful wrap-around balconies offer ample opportunity to admire the glacial setting outside.

The two upper floor quarters come complete with a lux living space, one of which features a funky freestanding bathtub.

The attic suite is a hit for its expansive living space and floor to ceiling windows that afford jaw-dropping alpine views. The attached well-equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up a gourmet feast while its crackling fireplace adds a cosy vibe.

Best views +

The chalet was perfect. I could list many things which we really liked. If I should list only three, it would be the kitchen, the views and the evenings by the fireplace - we hope to come back!
