Chalet Owens 1850 is located in the famous Courchevel 1850. It is strategically positioned in the Alps. The nearest airport is in Geneva, and it is 2.5 hours by car. The chalet is located about five minute walk from the centre of Courchevel, and the Bellecote slope is just 100 meters away. The resort provides guests with the outstanding quality of snow and diversity of slopes to experiment.

The rental ski chalet has six double en-suite bedrooms that can accommodate 12 guests. It has a living room, dining area, TV area, fireplace, vaulted ceiling, a 250 sqm party hall, floor-to-ceiling windows and terrace access. The party hall has lounges, bar, wine cellar and TV.

There is a children's playroom that keeps the kids away from parents when they need to be alone. This playroom has video games consoles and many other entertaining games. The chalet also has a ski room and cinema room.

The one 500sqm chalet has six levels with modern designs, plush furniture, and traditional materials. The chalet was built in 2014, making it one of the latest contemporary chalets in Courchevel 1850. The six levels are connected through different stars and elevators. The ground level is the entrance door, and guests are warmly welcomed into the chalet's waiting lounge that has a cloakroom.

The living area has the floor to ceiling windows and vaulted ceiling with a central fireplace, a dining area, TV area and a separate kitchen. On the lowest floor is where you will find the staff area and the chalet's central kitchen.

All the rooms are furnished luxuriously with a sitting area, TV, bureau, en-suite bathroom with shower, a bath, a separate WC and double basin with access to a terrace. The lower floor houses the gym with Technogym equipment, a ski room, and two massage rooms. The party hall with its bar lounges, wine cellar, children's playroom and cinema room is what makes this chalet to be popular among Courchevel chalets. A policy of a security deposit of 40000 EUR is required to ensure that the guest doesn't destroy anything in the chalet.
