Location

Located in the Winkelmatten area of Zermatt, the chalet is a stand-alone residence, offering guests a glimpse of Matterhorn. The Matterhorn Express gondola is just a five-minute walk and guests can ski back to within 200 metres from the door of the apartment.

Details

Ulysse Zermatt is designed in typical Alpine style, blending the contemporary furnishings and features with the classic Swiss architecture. The entrance of the apartment is on the first floor and it opens onto an open plan living and dining area. The family-friendly apartment is spread over four floors with six bedrooms that can sleep 12. The main chalet takes in eight people, whilst the separate self-contained residence located on the ground floor takes in the other four guests. Three of the bedrooms are on the top floor while there is a bedroom on the first floor.

The living and dining area has a fireplace, a teak dining table, armchairs and sofas, and a well-equipped modern kitchen. The doors lead to a balcony that throws out Matterhorn views.

The luxury master bedroom has a TV and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. On the top floor, two other bedrooms share a shower room. The fourth bedroom comes with a separate shower room across the hallway. There are an extra two twin/double bedrooms on the ground floor with a shared bathroom. The dining area, kitchenette, and the second sitting room make up the ground floor residence.

Wellness

Guests can unwind and relax in the wellness area on the ground floor featuring a rainfall shower and sauna. There is also a sitting room for relaxation on the floor. The chalet has a heated ski room with boot warmers on this floor too.
