Truly one of the most incredible hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Service was incredible, the room was amazingly appointed and comfortable. I cannot rave about this place enough.

I was really looking forward to staying at the Rosewood London. My daughter had always wanted to do it so it was a treat for her. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when we placed a breakfast to go order for 4:45am. The room and welcome treat were lovely. However, the room walls must be very thin, as I could hear and feel everything going on around us including a female “cat” fight and someone whom I have to assume was doing calisthenics at 5:30 am for an hour! Two restless nights for that price was not worth a 10. I wish we had an opportunity to try the spa and take advantage of the amazing exercise facilities. It might have made all the difference.

Very comfortable rooms, courteous staff and delicious breakfast

We had a wonderful experience considering everything that was going on with COVID 19. My wife had a terrible experience with the Mathew Curtis salon and was extremely disappointed. She booked her appointment weeks in advance for a cut with Mathew and when she arrived they told her they had a mix up and would be sure to get her rebooked the next day with Mathew. Well when she arrived the following day the stylist acted like he had no idea, which was a total reach and allowed him to do her color which came out awful!!! Julie our Butler found her a new salon for a cut. However, due to the test patch policy was unable to get her color fixed before we departed. Our interaction with staff was lovely and everyone went above and beyond.

Our weeklong stay at the Rosewood in London was wonderful. The service offered was top notch, especially the butler staff, our every need was met. The on-site restaurant (Holburn Dining Room) is also quite good and I must highly recommend a cocktail or two at Scarfe's Bar, a fantastic high class bar with live music, entertaining staff and ambiance.
