Perfect in every way!

I had the most pleasant experience during my stay at Rosewood London. The rooms, the staff, and the overall experience could have been better during my time in the city. I came for the Engage! conference and was so happy that I extended my stay at Rosewood London. From the airport transfer to and from Heathrow, the extremely friendly and attentive staff, to the glorious bed linens - I felt so taken care of. Well done!

Perfect all round

My husband and I have stayed in some of the nicest hotels all over the world. The Rosewood was perfection. The staff was so attentive and helpful. No small detail was overlooked. My husband and I will be back! Rebekah

I was given a room by the elevator which was a bit noisy at times. Also thought prices for the breakfast especially were unnecessarily high given the less than average quality. The gym was tiny. Finally it would be great if the hotel joined a rewards program. Overall, you guys missed the mark for this visit.

Am generally a big fan of your hotel, and stay with you whenever I am in London. Regrettably, this past visit wasn't high on my list. Felt that the room you assigned me was sub-standard. Small, a bit remote and difficult to get to, and in a part of the hotel that was extremely loud (traffic below from cars coming and out of the courtyard, but even more so, a constant sound that seemed to come from large items being moved, or rolled about, perhaps because the meeting rooms are on that floor). Will be back in London in a few week's time. If it's the case that there are no better rooms available, please let me know so I can adjust plans accordingly. Thank you

Very friendly staff and the hotel's common areas were wonderfully kept.
