Villa Tavolara is situated in the natural bay of San Teodoro on the north coast of Sardinia, 30 km south from Olbia. The villa’s placement makes the following beaches within a walking distance; Baia Salinedda, Cala Suaraccia, Salina Bamba, and Cala Brandinchi. The bay provides the possibility to dock even a larger yacht.

The airport is on a 30-minute drive from Villa Tavolara.

Villa Tavolara is a classic 70’s villa renovated in 2011 to be a modern state-of-the-art beach side villa right next to the sea in a secluded area.

It has 9 en-suite bedrooms with sea views which can accommodate up to 18 guests making it a very practical villa for family and corporate events. In the main villa you can choose from 4 double en-suite bedrooms and 2 family suites (each has 2 double bedroom with shared bathroom). Another double en-suite is located in the annex.

The living space of Villa Tavolara is spacious and opens up to two terraces. A large dining area with a fully equipped kitchen leads to a covered outdoor dining area.

Villa Tavolara offers a large pool with deckchairs, loungers, sunbeds and a covered seating next to the pool. The main villa has a wellness room- sauna, spa and gym with access to the courtyard on the outdoor. It offers access to the private beach and has top covered seating area for the view of the bay.

The outdoor bar and barbecue grill with a dining area makes it even more beautiful with the sea view.

The villa has a parking lot, and is fitted with all the latest technology, it is centrally air-conditioned, has fully automated alarm system, wall mounted TVs, satellite TV, Hi-Fi sound system, Wi-Fi service, etc.

Villa Tavolara grants access to a private beach with beautiful turquoise waters and cute sun loungers. The proximity of it allows you to visit other beaches on walking distances as well.

Restaurants are just 200m from the villa with the town center of San Teodoro a 3-5 minute drive. A nearest golf course is just 5-10 minutes away.
