The 3-year constructions led into the impressive 5000 square meters of beautiful subtropical gardens, several outdoor spaces and terraces, just perfect space for events and in the same time ideal usage for an outdoor life almost all year around.

The total interiors of the villa cover 600 sqm which include 6 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and living rooms leading to the outdoor areas.

It has a 120 sqm living area with large seating and a fireplace which opens onto the 45 sqm covered terrace with a amazing sea view.

A 65 sqm white Bulthaup kitchen with large cooking island, Silestone countertops and high-end Gaggenau appliances (2 large refrigerators, a wine fridge, electric stove, Tepanyaki stove, steam cooker, oven, microwave, dish washer) has an access to the dining area with a 12-person dining table with a great sea view. There will be a private chef with the assistant to take care of you during your stay. The kitchen has a separate staff entrance and storage room.

A 70 sqm Master bedroom with Ligne Roset furniture, Philippe Starck open bathroom and large dressing room has an access to the large private terrace with a view to the garden and sea. Like all other bedrooms in the house, the windows are equipped with automated blackout shutters.

Other five en-suites are between 15 to 30 sqm and each has a direct access to one of the terraces with sea views.

All bedrooms are equipped with original furniture by Bonaldo, Moroso, Heerenhuis, Riva 1922 with central air conditioning with individual controls, satellite TV and 3 of the bedrooms have a walk-in closet.

One separate apartment is used by the permanent villa staff.

The interior designing of the villa was made to make you feel special. All the rooms are equipped with automatic, floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, Bang & Olufsen speakers and TVs, furniture from brands Vitra, B&B Italia, Minotti, Heerenhuis and much more. All devices can be controlled via wall mounted iPads.

Villa Can Nemo has a fantastic 17x7 m infinity natural stone pool with Jacuzzi and waterfall sits where you can unwind during the hot days.

Outdoor dining with designer’s kitchen provides the best sea and landscape views. Spacious outdoors are designed to accommodate outdoor activities and events for up to 24 guests in the dining area, fitted with 30 loudspeakers & 3 subwoofers.

You can arrive to the beautiful town of Ibiza in 5 minutes and the closest sandy beach is just 450m away.
