The modern holiday house lies on the 22 hectare property 8km north from Manacor. It is a secluded private villa for nature lovers who won’t mind the distance to the closest beach of 15km. Your arrival to the villa will be led by a 400m long path lined by cypress trees. Gorgeous views of the Majorcan natural environment with horses will be then your everyday experience. The international airport of Majorca is about 50km away.

Property:

Los Caballos consists of two symmetrical villas separated by a round reception area with a parking lot. The total living area of 1000m2 will ensure you will always feel comfortable, even if you will live here in full occupancy of 10 people. You will enter the ultra-modern houses with floor-to-ceiling glass walls which can be fully opened out onto the terraces. The major building on the left offers 500m2 interior space for a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. Here you will also find a Master bedroom suite with walk-in dressing room, en-suite bathroom, sauna and terrace access to the infinity pool. Another four en-suite bedrooms are in the second villa.

Pool & Facilities:

The outdoor infinity pool is 24 meters long and is filled with salt water and offers an immense relaxing area with loungers and parasols. Apart from the private sauna in the Master bedroom, a panoramic yoga/dance/sports room can be an ideal spot for a yoga during the sunset or a basic everyday fitness.

The owners equipped the outdoor dining area with BBQ to make you enjoy the warm summer evenings fully.

Hippophiles will undoubtedly enjoy the horse riding arena which belongs to the property.

Beach Info:

Playa de Port Cristo is about 15km away from Los Caballos home. It is a 350m long beach with white sand and clear waters, ideal for families with children.
